All copyrights remain with Barbra Ignatiev. You own the painting but not the rights to use in other ways. You may of course share your painting on social media.
My derivative painting may be used for other potential commercial or promotional use - such as on social media or in a print for products. If this is a gift I'm happy to post after the receiver gets their gift so as not to spoil any surprises. :)
