What is your return/exchange policy?

All sales are final unless damaged in transit or if there is an issue with the item. We don't offer returns/refunds if the wrong size was ordered or if you decided you no longer want your purchase. All claims of damage or defect must be made within 7 days of delivery. If you have any questions before ordering we encourage you to email shop@barbraignatiev.com.

I have an issue with my order. What do I do?

If your order arrived damaged, please take pictures of the damage immediately upon receipt and keep all shipping materials, which may be needed to file a claim. If your item is defective, please take clear images of the issue. All claims of damage or defect must be made within 7 days of delivery. Email us at shop@barbraignatiev.com.

My package didn't arrive. What do I do?

Please ensure that the delivery address you gave us is correct. If not, reach out and we can sort it out for you. Note that reshipping charges would be your responsibility. If a package is stuck in transit please let us know no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Email us at shop@barbraignatiev.com.

Where do you ship?

We ship internationally. An extra fee will be applied at checkout for shipping outside the USA. Note that a signature may be required upon delivery, particularly for fine art pieces.

What's so great about deckled edges?

Deckled edges show off the quality of the paper. Barbra uses Arches 100% cotton paper, a premium museum-grade paper that's been produced since 1492 in the same French mill and used by great artists of the past -- Claude Monet, Henri Matisse, Pablo Picasso, and Vincent Van Gogh.

Barbra recommends showing off the deckled edges by float framing. This is an elevated and simple way to present the art.

Can you hold a painting for me?

We don't offer any holds. The first to purchase receives the painting.

Do you take commissions?

Barbra may have openings for commissions during certain times of the year and will announce those openings to people on her waitlist. Join the list to be notified.

How can I be the first to know when you release paintings?

She also shows peeks of new work over on Instagram.

Can I use the original artwork I purchase for commercial purposes?

No. Original artwork is for personal use only. If you are interested in licensing my art, see this page.
